Can anyone help please.

When i am at home on my laptop (i am at work now) i can't post or reply to anything on Thai Visa. It says an error has occured and just closes the internet window down and asks if i want to send a report to microsoft :o

I'd imagine it is something to do with how my laptop is set up but i don't know what. Anyone with any suggestions?

But i'm using IE now at work (and have been ever since i joined TV) never had any problems. It's just that i have only just started using the laptop for internet with dial up. I am changing service providers and my PC at home doesn't have a modem so i can't use it for dial up.
