It has a full kitchen with everything in it, a western style bathroom with a stall shower and granite countertop. There is a 29" flatscreen color tv, cable installed, a DSL hookup and Index furniture. Jomtien Beach Condominium is located rite on Beach Rd. and there is 24/7 baht bus and motorbike taxis available. There are 2 huge swimming pools, 8 restaurants, laundries, internet cafes and maid service. My condos are the nicest studios in this complex for rent and I rarely have vacancies. My tenant has bought a condo in the building. Please feel free to call me for a showing. I have rented all my condos to board members and they would all be happy to give a reference if necessary.
