I am in mind to build a small bungalow business in my property land in hua hin close to the beach, not to big about 20 bung.

somebody can give me opinion about this intention ?

what i can expect about the local people and laws, any problems, ??

The biggest problem is to make some money...

The tourists are Cheap Charlies today and want accommodation almost for free...

So how long you you think it will take just to get your invested money back if you rent out a bungalow for 500 baht / night?
