Townhouse/condo For Rent In Ramkhamhaeng?

I am a student in ABAC and I would like to rent a townhouse or condo near ABAC. The rent should be in the range of 5000-8000 baht/mth. It should have at least 2 b/r, kitchen, a/c, pets allowed and if possible furnished.

Sum, the best thing to do would be to spend a day or two walking around the muubaans and looking for signs or posters on the gates of houses. Might be worth asking around too as some people with houses for sale/rent will put up a simple peice of paper with contact details. Of course, soon as it rains the paper gets soggy and falls of the gate.
