New Hotel Discovery Near Airport

To add to my list as posted in this thread, here's a new discovery:

Convenient Resort (great name!).

Newly-built 4-story hotel at Lat Krabang, about 5-10 min. drive from the airport. 1000-1200 baht.

From the website it looks ok. At least it's good to have another hotel to choose from near the airport.

What I want to know is does the wireless internet work in the room and is of fair speed?

Looks like a nice hotel. I think I will give it a try. However reminds me a little of the draconian no smoking laws in UK. their website says"for the comfort and safety of our guests is completely non smoking."

came back week before last and stayed here.

Taxi fare was 130 baht and took 15 mins

Room was clean and sparse but quiet

Rate included american breakfast and transfer back to airport the next morning

No pool or any other amenities apart from internet next to reception

good for overnighter

And here's yet another new discovery: S.P. Power Lodge A/C, sat TV, 1300-1900 baht, airport transfers included.

I booked on-line via the above link on the first post and got the 1150 baht rate.
