Breast Uplift And Reduction Advice

Hiya,

My girlfriend has large breasts for her figure. Great for me but not for her.

She is a 32FF on a size 8 figure and she is not happy with them anymore and they hurt her back. Anyone recomend any surgeons in Bangkok who specialise in reduction/uplift. I think they are perfect but she wants them done.

We have read a lot about Dr Pichet Rodchareon who is the owner of Bangkok Plastic Surgery Clinic,anyone heard of him.

My exwife had surgery in Bangkok General Hospital. I cannot remember the surgeons name but he was very good. She had 3kg removed and they looked pretty good after the swelling, bruising and scarring dissappeared.

Whats wrong with them? Sounds like nice large breasts.

Does she want only an F cup? a 32D? 32DD? are they real or implants?

PS I wouldnt trust Pichet. I went and saw him and everything smelled of insincere sincerity. Infact he had messed up an SRS job that ha paid another doctor PREECHA to fix his stuff up. I just couldnt trust him at all everything about him from the way he talked to the way he acted and the way he video taped etc seemed like a big phony act to sell to me.

yan hee ,not the cheapest but one of the best ,go and see the doctors yourself ,then make a decision .

The breasts are real. Its her confidence so its up to her as long as she is happy i will support whatever she wants but I will make sure she gets the best treatment we can find.

Those are indeed very large breasts for her overall size, no wonder she has backaches.

I would advise against any of the private stand-alone plastic surgery clinics in favor of one of the better general hospitals. Among other things, cannot be sure they have the necessary capacity to cope with complications (reaction to anesthesia, hemorrhage etc).

Yanhee, Bumrungrad, Samitivej, Bangkok Nursing Home, Bangkok Hospital all have websites where you can review doctor's qualifications. Costs at Yanhee are usually lower than at the other 4. Be sure whatever doctor you choose has board certification ion plastic surgery in Thailand at minimum, in a western country as well desirable. Also, have consultation with more than 1 doctor and look for someone who specializes specifically in breast procedures as even within the field of plastic surgery, doctors tend to excel in and do more of one type of procedure than others.

Have you seen Pichet for yourself? We had.

And I know for a fact that he had screwed up a GRS and paid preecha to fix it.

How much smaller does she want it though?

Dr Teerasit at bumrungrad has a rep as the boob man, their head of plastic Dr Poomee would prolly be good too. Preecha is world reknowned so im sure hed know what to do. Dr Greechart at Yanhee I know has done quite a few of them. Dr Somyos Kunachak at Yoskarn clinic is also worth considering.

What I would do is take her to Greechart, Preecha and Somyos and let her choose which she wants. They all charge different prices etc.

Remember SOMYOS does all his work at his clinic and pushes you across to his hotel to recuperate because he has his own anesthelogist, nurses and other doctor on call.

Also he is trained all over and accredited all over including USA etc is a full professor at Ramthabodi hospital Mahidol university and is head of otorloganology(sp?).

Ive seen boob reduction by all these surgeons and they would all have to be good. Yanhee might be a little cheaper than the rest.

1 thing I have repeatedly noticed is Somyos is always the one with the latest techniques such as aptos threads, suture lifts, aquamid, direct brow lift etc whereas the majority only know what they had learned at medical school and thats it.

Yes Somyos Kunachak from my own experience, my friends and all others Ive seen and all the photos etc does really good work. But yes go ahead and see all 3 or more doctors as mentioned before and pick the best one for yourself.

Choosing a doctor is a very personal thing but make sure you have chosen the best you can get. Somyos and Preecha both speak good english and both take their time explaining everything etc whereas Greechart though also excellent doesnt have the time due to their payperformace scale but doesnt mean hes not an excellent surgeon which he is.

Preecha spent 5 minutes with my friends nose and told him leave it alone. Sorawuth made excuses and injected it with kenacort and said come back in 3 months and well see. Greechart had said hes handsome and needs nothing leave it alone. Somyos took 50minutes looking at it from every angle touching lifting shifting skin squeezing etc and then saying with all the confidence in the world that yep he can fix this and hel_l do it and so far it seems like hes done just that.

If anyone is interested I could upload a side by side comparison of SOMYOS and SORAWUTH's work? hands up for all interested?

Considering her frame and that shes had FF all this time I wouldnt go much lower personally than DD or at the most D. Having too much boob can be a burdern but once its too little it can be very depressing and not just a burden anymore.

I've been wanting a reduction for a few years now but still trying to find the best doctor who can help me. In my case I need to downsize my current implants (currently have 800cc-F cup ---- 58kg and 5' 7") and want to get down to at least DD cup(about 600cc) as well as the lift.

My husband is not happy about it (yes he's a boob man ) but because I'm much lighter now than when I had my 800s done, I do have a lot of problems with my back... although the pain is nothing compared to when I was pregnant and got up to a H cup .

I'm still undecided whether to go back to Australia to see my original surgeon (who has lots of experience with athletes with low bodyfat/minimal breast tissue which has to be taken into consideration as the risk of rippling is much higher), but I would much prefer seeing a surgeon here IF I can be confident of an excellent result, and one that has experience with implants and dealing with patients who have low bodyfat/tissue issues.

So any advice and recommendations are appreciated

The 2nd one is by somyos kunachak and only 1 week post surgery.

What do you guys think?

In regards to Breast reduction go to the surgeons that I have recommended and pick the ones your most comfortable with. They are all good surgeons.

Hi all

Thank you kindly for taking the time to post your experience/knowledge RE: Dr. S Kunachak. I am booking to meet with him in two weeks and also with a surgeon at Bumrungrad so your feedback was comforting.

I was warned by a Bumrungrad representative that Dr. Kunachak is not a 'plastic' surgeon but from the research I've done have not found this to be true. Further more, I've only found one forum post that stated he was "rushed and that the outcome was not as good as I would have like. Be careful and make sure you take pictures" all other are glowing reports stating his is one of if not the best especially with regards to nose work. I require septoplasty and rhinoplasty.
