Immediate Attn: Cesarean In Roi Et

My wife's water broke almost 36 hours ago and she's on her way to Roi Et city for a cesarean.

Does anybody happen to know the best hospital/doctor to go to there for that?

It's 9:51 now, I assume the issue will be moot in 30 minutes or so...
