Is it possible to make a daytrip to Tachilek, (Burma, near Mae Sai which lies in Thailand of course) without annulling my visa or 30 day stamp ? If so, what's the procedure ?

No

Are you sure ?

I am not sure if this still works.

When I crossed a few years back I needed a photocopy of my passport, that was stamped

by immigration, who then held my passport.

On the Burma side I was admitted on the basis of the photocopy.

I retrieved my passport on return, entry stamp still in tact.

Alternatively.

If you have to be stamped out of Thailand,

then you can use the remaining part of your 30 day stamp,

if you have applied for a re-entry permit beforehand.

Cost 1000baht.
