Thai International Moving All Flights Suvarnabhumi

Featured Replies

A friend in Cargo, mentioned to me that from the new Summer Schedule ,end of March all TG passenger flights will be out of Suvaranbhumi ,and operations will be phased down to close from Don Muang.

Is this smoking whispers ,or does anyone know if it true ?

I'd say that if your friend works for TG then they probably know what's going on and I'd calssify it as more than a rumor.

Having said that, all the major CRS/GDS (reservations systems like Amadeus, Galileo, et a.) engines show TG flights ex-DMK well past April, 2008. (I fly KKC often so am always interested in these rumors.) But TG made the move to DMK quite qickly and could probably make the move back just as easily.

Government company obeyed master's command.

After that there were many reports of losing business due to the move.

hmmm if this is true and the rumours also that nok air also want to move back to bkk suggests that the days are numbered for dmk
