Dell Notebook 1720 with Vista Premium preinstalled....

Could somebody tell me whether above system ought to be upgraded to Vista Ultimate with either

aa) a so called Anytime Upgrade Package (Premium to Ultimate), or

bb) Vista Ultimate 32 bit OEM (SB) Package

The Anytime Upgrade Package seems to be cheaper, but what are advantages, disadvantages or even loopholes to be reckoned with?

The existing version is an OEM (Dell) already so it shouldnt be a problem to upgrade with an other OEM version. But the OEM are Full Versions only, not Upgrades!

May you check with Dell if there is an upgrade available via Dell itself! Acre has tis option in some Countries but not in all!
