I've done the searches and read most all the posts. I haven't seen any posts about this clinic. It's location just off the superhighway on the road going in to town, the road that you turn left after the bridge to go to Night Bazaar. Sorry, I don't know the name of the road.

Has anyone had any procedures done at this clinic? If so, can you report.

I wanted to go to Grace and have a root canal and crown done. Called today and Dr. Korakot won't be back until after 1 Dec - told she was in Bangkok.

Don't know if I can hold off that long. I don't want to go to Ram, but looking for a high quality, professional service.

Really want to know if anyone went to CM Dental???

Thanks.

If you go to the CM Dentsl Hospital be sure to choose the dentist yourself - presuming you've done the homework to identify him/her. My experience there did not remotely come up to the standards of korakot/grace, but that may have been because I relied on them to allocate the dentist available at the time.

I'm not sure that CM Dental is the same or related to the CM Dental Hospital. I had my wife call them and the prices sounded as if they are in line with Grace Dental or just a little lower. But, as in all the threads I've read, I really want to have Dr. Korakot do my root canal and crown. However, I called Grace dental, and receptionist told me that Dr. Korakot does not do the root canal, that another doctor would do the canal, and Dr. K would do the crown. So, not sure what I'm going to do. I'll try to hold out with the pain I have until Dr. K returns and go in and see her.

Still would like to hear from anyone that used the CM Dental clinic I mentioned in initial post. It's closer to home and pretty convenient.

As I understand it Korakot is the owner/boss at Grace and the work is carried out by the relevant specialist in the team she has assembled at the clinic. Her own speciality is crowns/false teeth/etc. I had root canal done at Grace - a young but good enough woman dentist was assigned to do it. Overall I'd still choose Grace over CM Dental Hospital.

I would suggest going to Grace right away to have the root canal, after which they take a mold of your tooth for the fitting of the permanent crown and put on a temporary crown (which you can actually get by with for many months if necessary). It takes at least 1 to 2 weeks for them to get the permanent crown back from the lab and by then Dr. K will be back to place the permanent crown. Did something similar there myself once (I kept the temp crown in at least 6 months as I went out of the country right after the root canal and temp crown work was done).
