Ipod

Featured Replies

Anybody know the price of the new Ipod 40gb and the Ipod Mini 4gb?????

And where in BK to get one ?????

Going in November this year so will buy in BK if good prices

Cheers for info.

In most cases, it is better to buy electronics and tech

items before you get to LOS as they are usually more

expensive here. There are exceptions, but not many.

As long as you are a tourist, you will not be charged

the VAT when you enter.

Go to Pantip (2nd floor if I remember correct).

They have two shops in it. I have never used them or not aware about any pricing. But I have seen those two shops, always with full of people.

Have a look.

(If you are not sure where Pantip is, it is in Prathunam and in front of Amari Hotel)

The 40 GB iPod (3rd Generation, the very new model has seemingly not arrived here yet) will set you back 21000 in Pantip Bangkok. You might also try Fortune City IT Mall, as they have two Mac Shops as well.

Fortune City IT Mall is much easier to shop than the messy Pantip.

PS:

I was not aware about the two mac shops in it. Anyway, I am not interested in Mac at all except for those shapy curves.. :o

Thank you foe the replys.

I now know that they are not cheaper in BK compared to the UK. About 2000 baht more expensive.

Cheers again.
