hi i have to move to surin and have a almost new house in the sangkha district about 65 km from surin i thinking about renting it out but only for falangs enybody think its possiblel to find someone who want to rent im not sure because its in a small village

A clean and tidy Thai house in my village - right on Highway 24 - And with windows!! rents at 1500 baht per month.

It has running water, electricity and windows. Its 55 Km from Surin & 56 Km from Buriram

You can rent a house for less than the price of a lobster? and for a month? Now i heard everything.. Sad really, why not just lock it up or have a friend stay for free just to look after it. Then agian maybe 50 bht a day means a lot to some farang ,poor bugger

the house is finised but dont have eny new fotos it have a fence all around and a carport for the car and running water to
