Thx for your msg. The office lady in the condo said the nearest BTS station to the condo will be completed within this year. Keep my fingers crossed.

I actually have no plans to furnish the room as that rent is for partly furnished studio. The minimum stay is 6 months.

However, if the tenant agrees to sign on a one year contract, I'll consider furnishing the room with a little higher rent.
