128k 8am To 8pm Limit

I first posted about this near two weeks ago and have been recording the events.  Every morning my 1500baht amonth 256k IPstar sat. link dropps to 128k max until 8pm every nite.  then bang it will jump right up to 256k again.  I was vary happy that I had a fine working connection 256k that I paid for.  It was not that fast but always worked. Why? did they have to start stealing my bandwidth everyday (set by timer).   At first I was thinking it would go away, but looks like its par for the program.  I just know talking to ToT about will amount to cheast pain for me and get no results.  I guess I ll just schedule the removal of the equipment. Anybody else hear of a policy or have this happening.

Well its 8am again and the bandwidth dropped like a rock 128k max setting.     I hope whom ever they give my vary expensive bandwidth to is enjoying it.  Its costing me as much for 256k as most pay for 2mb.  Why not limit them to 256k and leave me alone they would still be paying half as much for it.
