Happy Dtac Sim And Ais

Dear All,

I am presently travelling in Europe and have an activated happy dtac sim but I am unable to recv sms from an AIS sim in thailand.

Does anyone have any ideas whether there is no agreement to send international sms to a dtac from an AIS in thailand when the dtac happy sim is roaming as I am.

Hope someone can help as am desperate to recv sms from this person.
