Featured Replies

I was thinking of flying down to Jakarta for a few days ,

Are there any cheap flights , AirAsia etc,

How long is the flight ? and anything else to be concerned about ?

thanks for your help

AirAsia flies to Jakarta from both Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru. With AirAsia, you would first need to fly from Bangkok to either KL or JB and then make a connection.

are there any direct flights ?

if I am only going for a few days I hate to waste them waiting for a connecting flight !

are there any direct flights ?

I'm sure both THAI and Garuda Indonesia fly the BKK-Jakarta route non-stop. No idea what the cost would be though.

Just saw Jakarta for Tb5400 on Garuda I think at Asiana Oriental On Sukumvit 43 today.Cheers

Garuda has a promotional offer good until the end of this month I think, which then the higher season pricing begins......

Round trip Bangkok to Jakarta to Bangkok for about 7,100 Baht . I say about because I lost the exact quote. Pretty good deal as the normal price is around 15,000 B.

They say direct flight but it does stop in Singapore for about an hour.

if interested contact me and I will put in contact with a very good travel agent that does know his stuff........ and is able to think

Asiana, on Sukhumvit 43, headed by Anna was a nice travel agency.

But anyone know whatever happened to Asiana Oriental?

Has it recently moved or closed shop?

thx
