Tot Adsl Cybergold Package

Featured Replies

I subsribe to TOT adsl cybergold package in Chiang Mai.

Consistantly for past several weeks, there is a problem accessing ANY website usually beginning at 9 am, clears after an hour and then again at about 6 PM. almost as if some monkey pushes a button to turn off internet access. always get message from browser saying that cannot find or access the website I want to navigate to. Lights on router do not blink like they usually do when I cannot access anything

Problem is worse on weekends or hollidays with intermittant outages as well.

Anyway does any body know what the TOT help number is so I can complain. Am paying for 24/7 service and not getting it!!

TOT DNS Servers are bad. Try setting your router to use openDNS get the settings from teh opendns website. Has helped my browsing a lot on TOT goldcyber.

Would you be so kind as to elaborate on this and also what to do if it doesn't work and how we turn it back to the current position.

Thanks

On TOT Gold with Hi-Mark DB120 router from TOT.

go to www.opendns.com note down their dns servers. login to your router change your dns settings for primary and secondary to the opendns servers from their website. save the settings reboot your router and see if there is a difference.
