I'm planning on moving to the Sathupradit / Rama III area in May, 2008. Very responsible, 60 year old business executive - nothing to worry about in terms of taking care of your place properly.

Try Bangkok Garden condominium. It's on Naratiwas 24, lots of announcements at the local mini mart. Nice rooms, great swimming pool with garden and a restaurant with the best thai food just around the corner.
