'm' Button Has Come Off My Keyboard...

Featured Replies

I was just wiping down my laptop keyboard when the 'm' button came off.....yes I know Im typing m now but the actual plastic key/tab is off and Im pressing the soft pad thing below.....tried to put the tab back on but its totally impossible you would need tiny hands to do it and I cant seem to click it all in place wiht out putting strain on the parts and Im terrified of snapping something.

Any advice?

Its a brand new Compaq laptop...is there a repair centre?

If it's brand new, send it in for warranty repair at the HP service center. Look it up at www.hp.co.th.

Normally, it's not that hard to snap a key back on, as long as you didn't break any of the plastic.

Yup, get your warantee, take it to service centre or where you bought it from.
