Script Running On Thai Visa?

Hi,

Haven't been on TV lately and since my return, every time a page loads, my PC practically grinds to a halt and I get the following annoying message (sorry it's a bit small but if you click it, you can see full image) :

So each time I go onto page 2 of a thread I have to go through this saga of waiting for the dialogue box, clicking no, and then waiting for up to 2 mins while it decides what to do next! Can anyone tell me how to either switch off the script or change some setting in Adobe Flash Player without uninstalling it?

Apologies if this has been covered before but using the search facillity was making me lose the will to live.

Any advice gratefully received.
