Wi-fi In Bkk

Featured Replies

i am looking for a place that offers a discount for long stays, but i must have high speed internet in my room. i have found a few hotels that offer it but they are pretty expensive (min. 30000b/mo)... and apartments seem to require 2 months' deposit even if you are only staying for a month. can anyone recommend a place near banglamphu or maybe siam square area?

I find a wok out the window works well

hrm... what about serviced apartments? are there any under 20k a month?

Between Siam Sq and Banglumpoo.

Internet runs about 250-350 kbps. The service does drop on occasion. But for B18000 per month it's a clean, new hotel.

Thank you! FYI I also found Patumwan House at Soi Kasem San 1 to be a good deal- a 1 BR with kitchen and full bath, balcony, wifi for 14000b/mo.

That’s expensive. I pay 5000 a month after water and electricity. I get free UBC and High Speed internet but not fully furnished. Food is cheap around here. Ladprao Soi 107

Soi Kasemsan can walk to Siam Sq amenities. Bkk City Suites a bit isolated unless you can make do with local food markets ... but I do like the fact it's next to expressway ramp for airport and N/NE bus stations. Sometimes you can nip off the mainline trains outside the hotel when arriving from all regions as they halt at the road crossing.

i paid 5000b a month for a studio in BKK before too, but it was in banglamphu. at soi kasem san you are right next to the BTS and the saen saep canal boats, which i think makes 14000b/mo worth it. also if you stay over 5 mos they give it to you for 12500/mo.
