Looking For Land In Chiang Mai

I'm looking to buy approx. 2-5 rai in Chiang mai, preferrably on the south east side (Sankamphaeng to Saraphi). Somewhat close to schools and shops and little fill required would be good.

Any info would be great!

A friend of mine from BKK has approx 5 rai he wants to sell but SW of Chiang Mai (approx 3kms south of Hang Dong).

If you are interested I can contact him , but reply might be a bit slow as he is in China for next 2 weeks.

I'll PM you with details when he gets back. As far as I remember though it is approx 5 rai, I think it was 1500Bt/wah (not positive on that though). It's on the edge of a village and might need a bit of extra soil but no serious filling.
