Your second image here, is a very good image. You held on to some appealing colors in the background. It would have been better if we could see more of the face.

I like your real images much better than your studio work. The reason is, you have developed a techinque for real world images, whereas you are still working on studio technique.

Keep pushing the studio stuff however, get yourself some strong lights, and various grids and soft light attachments. You have a good eye, and you will likely pull off some stunning shots.
