Looking for health food shops in phuket that sell western style low fat foods such as yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese, mayo etc

Carrefour and the Patong deli.

For the good yogurt Carrefour seems to have a very tough time keeping it in stock. I cleaned out the shelf last night.

There are a few Thai vegetarian places around that are very healthy. But they don't cater to farang tastes.

If you're really hooked on low fat dairy products you're SOL.

I regularly tried to find low fat cottage cheese in Phuket the last 2 years. 2 years ago Tops MarketPlace Supermarket in Central still had the low fat Bulla cottage cheese, then they stopped stocking it and I suggested it to the management many times verbally and in the suggestion forms that specifically asked for what products customers are missing. They didn't start stocking it again yet.

They only have the full cream stuff in the yellow tubs.

I can only find low fat cottage cheese in Bangkok (at Central Chidlom I saw it sporadically, the Bulla and a local brand in a clear tub with red lid)

I don't regularly check the Carrefour, so if you ever see low fat cottage cheese there or anywhere in Phuket, please post about it here.
