The International CAT Internet link is currently down, and internet traffic to/from Thailand is currently unstable/unavailable.

It started at approx 14.45 today Bangkok Time.

This is one of the disadvantages to have a state run agency running Internet business. :o

I was guessing this could be the case... Got a "hi-speed" connection installed yesterday, and was thoroughly unimpressed when the speeds dropped to below dialup level this afternoon...

Maybe it is time to break down the monopoly and have some competition. :o
