gennisis
Is anyone else getting reception problems these last 3 days? All I get is the "Searching for signal"...then 1-2 mins of the program then 'searching for signal" again. All the channels are affected
marshbags
Is anyone else getting reception problems these last 3 days? All I get is the "Searching for signal"...then 1-2 mins of the program then 'searching for signal" again. All the channels are affected Ditto here, but in Udonthani would you believe, ( and accept as similar albeit a few km,s apart ) Ubc /True engineer came out yesterday after much debate about the cause. They made an adjustment on the decoder after checking all my connections to other equiptment first. I said it must be the decoder when i reported it and again when they arrived, but they didn,t want to know. Anyway the senior engineer said " we are having lots of problems with this and if it happens again take the card into the agents office and change it. I asked them, why not change it now then along with all the other local installations requiring these repetitive call outs. I got the usual blank look, followed by the smile, but no change of card. !!!!!!!!! marshbags I expect going to the agents office sometime soon, i,m sorry to say. Ajarn
Call your local office and tell them. When I had the same problem and called, they were able to do something which fixed it for me instantly, while I was still on the phone
infernalman7
There is a running text (in Thai) saying that if someone having problem with signal, please contact them immediately. They are currently upgrading their service for the launch of True PVR Test Run. (http://www.truevisionstv.com/pvr)
