Now she's 'ladyforu' but still lives in Blackburn. I hope she doesn't have to go to deed poll everytime she changes her name. It'd cost a fortune :o

The age and gender do not have links and seem to be attached to the photo, whereas the username and location change and can link with other photos. As Thad said, there seems to be a random number of a dozen or so pics and usernames/locations that attach randomly. So that proves that... um... nothing, really. :o

That's true that is! :o

Someone just now modified the banner to include the expression " * Photos and other data are for illustrative purpose only. " I only happened to notice it because an initial coding error meant all the code was displayed in the banner box. (Fixed already)

That little notice has been there for as long as I can remember.

Oh well, I was wrong (AGAIN!). But the code was displayed where the banner normally appears just before I posted that message - perhaps it was just a glitch.

She has American sounding niks on mine, Kayo yours sound British to me.

American sounding niks?

Like, Rosita/Clara/Maria, etc... :o

On reading all your comments I am beginning to think that there may be some untruths being told on the site. Is this possible?

Only I have been corresponding with this Australian girl (called Sheila, so not on your list) for eight years now.

She has sent me photos of her family and her house in South Australia. It seems very nice, with lots of plants growing in long rows all in the background.

She has also told me about her pet kangaroo, Skippy. He was fine when I first started writing to her, but has been sick on and off for many years now. I send money for vet's bills, as well as a regular $ 3,000 every month.

She has lately been visiting her cousins in Tasmania, who seem very affectionate towards her. But all their land there is forested and they need to protect the environment, so I have sent money for that as well.

I was planning to visit Australia this year, but it seems that after England beat Oz in the Rugby World Cup (again) it is very dangerous for any BVrit to visit. So she asks that I just keep sending her the money for another few years - until Australia beat England. Looks like I'll not see her this century.

Do you think I have been scammed by some unscrupulous descendent of the criminals we sent out there last year century? Sorry - previous century, now, for most of them.

Why oh why pick on aussies? Albanians - pick on them!

They're all in Australia now - except for the couple of dozen in Hounslow.

I was speaking to some Albanians in the UK and they told me there are 15 million Albanians in the world and only 4 million live in Albania.

Yep - many in Kosovo, the remainder are a large component of the Italian mafia, with offshoots in Germany.

They're as bad as the Chechens in Russia, maintaining a network throughout the area.

Not all are bad though. Some are dead.

Oh yeah! Well there are 50 million Irish people around the world and only 5 million live in Ireland. Thats why you meet a Paddy everywhere you go! :o

I have a suspicious feeling that gal is not a genuine Aussie; she is an IT BVrit lad from Swindon I bet :D

And in a couple of weeks (17th March) everyone will be claiming to be Irish - even Barak Obama.
