Thai-language.com Is Back!

Featured Replies

Thai-language.com is back in two forms!

The August 2003 version is back at http://www.thai-language.com. It includes working search facilities, but alas no sound clips. It's forums aren't working.

Meanwhile, the Internet Archive Wayback Machine has www.thai-language.com at the start of February. The search facilities here do not truly work, but some of its items are more up-to-date, including my minor contribution. (They seem to work, but are actually using the current resuscitated www.thai-language.com.) I don't think any of the sound clips work, either.

Its good to see that website is back and running, if even not at 100%. It is an excellent reference source. :o

I am curious what happened to his website and what the backgroun was.

See Throwing Your Life Away. Glenn was released on bail, and thereafter I have no hard facts. I presume the FBI still has his disks; I wonder where the August backup came from. I also wonder who's providing the server now and how it's being paid for.

I was thinking the same thing.

I wonder if he agreed if we shouldn't try to get it mirrored somewhere and save the possibility of losing such a useful tool.
