Last Thursday night I thought I would go and see what the new pub in Silom is like. very nice decor, I liked it even though it ws very far from where I live and work so I do not think I will be going there often.

Something very funny though, it was around 10,30 at night and this guy just slid off the bar stool, and I noticed the staff sniggering to each other. it was only later I found out this guy is the new manager! can you believe that? would you give a guy like that the keys to your lively hood?

The short answer....NO ....I've never been to a real Irish pub, maybe it's some kind of tradition....

OK, but as a self confessed hetero, I must ask, where do they show games for women? Ideally netball, in fact.

In the US, netball is called 'basketball' and played by ugly men who are paid a fortune. In the UK, netball is played by attractive teenage girls whom ugly men would pay a fortune to watch.

Do tell me where to go.............!

There is a trans Tasman Cup, best gals from NZ and OZ.

I watch it alla time.

Just before I dash off to buy a one way ticket to NZ to see those basketball girls, may I offer you this old adage from the ole UK?

Soccer is a game for gentlemen played by hooligans.

And if the so-called 'supporters' echo the behaviour of the men on the field, count me in to support rugby any day!!
