Hi all,

Iam going to start building my villa later this year.Iam pretty much decided on the builder,thanks to Thaivisa poster Suiging,Iam now looking at house designs.I had what I thought was the perfect design but Iam changing my mind.Anyone assist with websites etc or house plans they have built etc would be appreciated.Iam looking at a kind of mix between med style with a touch of Asian thrown in.Basically Iam up for ideas.My land is big,over 6 rai.However I may cut it to sell.Its a great location so no problem there.

There's some cracking places in Samui on that site. I wonder what the build cost's were?

Yes sadly Ive always had expensive taste however Thailand should allow me to realise living in somnething similar to this with a bit of saving over the next few years. Very nice though arent they.

Found the "GULP" prices!!!! try 28-36 million baht however reliable source tells me local builders fix the prices on Samui I have the real costs now and its a lot less than this A LOT LESS.

A lot less,you could build them to amazing spec for 8 mil.

sorry, the " work "reference should be lower case too.
