Design Idea?

hey everyone

I wonder if any of you could help me with the following:

I have two units for rent (70 and 50 sqm)

The 70 sqm is now a two bedroom and the other is a one bedroom

It is a medium range building centrally located with all amenities at hand including BTS 50 meters from the building's entrance

I am not sure whether is is easier to rent the units independantly or make a 120 sqm

As the two units are adjacent it would be easy to make a connection but what would be the best design's idea to conceal the separation in the case I would not be able to rent the whole area (mirrors, paintings but easy to remove)
