Hi I would be interested to know where there are still buildings that have been damaged by the Tsunami, either in Phuket or Khao Lak.

I know most places have been repaired already.. but if you know of a few still left please let me know.

Khao Lak - Tsunami

Other places that I took photos of (during a 2 year time span) have or are being re-built.

Rest in Peace to all that lost their lives in this unforeseen catastrophic :o

Kan Win :D

I haven't been up there in a while, but as of about 9 months ago, the BangTao Beach Cottage bungalows had not been rebuilt. Two of the 5 or 6 bungalows have been left standing (but with tremendous damage), while the rest of the small site has been cleared. Its always a sad reminder to me whenever I pass by, as I stayed in those 2 bungalows on my first visit to Phuket several years before the Tsunami.
