Nicest gym in all of Phuket just opened at The Royal Phuket Marina. Cascade Fitness.

I was there for the grand opening last week.

Five floors of unbelievable quality fitness equipment, tennis courts, full service staff, really an unbelievable place. Do yourself a favor and take a tour. First class for sure....

Please do not quote me on rates, but I understand you put a membership fee, and then they ding your card automatically for 1,900 a month.

Moderators - I am no way affiliated, this is not an advert.

If you want to go cheap , there is a rough-and-ready weight room at Surakul Stadium in Phuket City where you can work out for 10 baht.

There is Rawai Gym in Nai Harn / Rawai, you turn left towards Rawai beach while you are heading through Nai Harn towards Nai Harn beach and watch out for the sign

There is Chalong Gym in Chalong

(Don't know the current prices for either one.)

Easy Fitness ...close to Central Festival and the other one is Gym at Royal City Hotel

Chalong Gym, the equipment are a bit old and run down ... good for weight lifting : )

The last time I commented about gyms the post was lifted by the "ever-so-precious" Donna

O.K., that's it !

You are officially removed from the "Donna Fan Club".

But you have qualified for an application to the "Pompous Ping Party" (PPP), once affiliated it will allow you to take up threads on this board to correspond with one of your cohorts to no benefit of anyone else.

mgs, I would recommend Boat Fitness at The Boat Lagoon. They have good facilities and reasonable rates, around 1,500 or 1,600 baht per month. They also offer specials on 3 month memberships at certain times. They're not pushy at all and there are alot of amenities nearby.

RPM is Tops!

Boat fitness is not bad either

Easy fitness (near central is fine as well)

And if you are located more in town the Health club in the Royal Phuket City is fine as well.

(though I think it's time they gave the place a face lift and updated the machinery)

we got new wooden floors a couple of months ago which replaced the nasty old carpet, at least thats something :o

if they didn't have a pool then i wouldn't bother.
