Roi-et

Could anyone give me the best route from Roi-Et to the airport. I have a Thai driver who is going to take me but does not know the way. A detailed route when getting near the airport would also be appreciated.

Cheers

Take road 2044 towards Kuchinarai. Turn left when the road sign says Roi-et airport! It is aprroximately 13 kilometers from the center of Roi-et. Follow the road about 2-3 kilometers - it only leads to the airport. You can not miss it.

I could be wrong but I think they want directions from Roi-Et city to Suvarnabhumi?

Hopefully he can find his way to Saraburi otherwise you might find another ride. I used a guy like that once and Bangkok traffic was to much for him and that was to the old airport. He ended up being lost after dropping me at the airport.

If you want to try: After you pass Saraburi on your way to Bangkok keep and eye out for Eastern Outer Ring Road (highway 9) signs. Will also see an airport sign at this point. Once you are on this road its 60-70 kms to airport and you need only follow the signs because its well marked.
