Interested In Studying Traditional Thai Medicine And Massage

Featured Replies

Hello I may be moving to Rayong and I am interested in studying traditional thai medicine and massage as well as Chinese medicine. Does anyone know of any schools that cater to international students. Preferably I am looking for something more intensive than a week or month long program and that would be recognized internationally.

Thanks!

wat pho branched now to Salaya (west bangkok) and has merged with the old massage school in nonthaburi - their courses are slightly cheaper than the wat pho.

courses from 5 days/30h - to 800h, build on up to 1 month modules.

whereever you choose, it will be too difficult for you to commute everyday, so most probably you need a local accommodation.

you might as well learn skills locally (even larger massage clinics do run individual courses) and than top them up with some certificate from the wat pho

Does it matter where? Or would you prefer the Rayong area? If so let me know and I will check it out for you if I can.

My partner may have a teaching job in Rayong, so preferably that area. But if that isn't possible I would be open to looking elsewhere.

Thanks Moss
