Thai Passport Issued In Phuket?

I have heard that the Thai passport office sometimes sets up a temporary office at Central to issue Thai passports to Thai citizens. Does anyone know when they will be back in Phuket? Or does anyone know what website to search for information about getting Thai passports issued in Phuket. Not renewals, which can now be done at the post office.

Last time I remember was at the end of July when my wife got hers, the times were published in the Phuket Gazette. I suggest you raise a issues and answers on the Gazette web site and let them find out.
