Where's Good In Bkk To Play Songkran?

Featured Replies

I hear RCA is ok. Anybody been there? When does it all kick off, today or tomorrow?

Silom Road get pretty wild and its 98% Thai. It usually start slowly about midday and works its way up to a frenzy at night. Not exactly sure what day it starts or finishes, but is usually good fun.

yeah, silom was great last year :D)

we´ll be off in a couple of hours and then again tomorrow. songkran makes me 30 years younger :o

Was on the Silom battleground yesterday (Sunday). Crazy. Going back Monday packing more firepower!!!

yeah, yesterday at silom was great :o

going back in an hour, i´m forever child when it concerns songkran :D

What's up with Suhkumvit? Went there like 11pm and the place was almost deserted. Half the places seemed shut down by midnight, low music and hardly any people. Even Villa Market was closed. Didn't see anyone playing Songkran. In Ratchada last night things were still pumping at 3am, and there were water guns everywhere. Don't think I'll be going back to Suhkumvit again, even after Songkran. Will try RCA or Silom tomorrow night.
