I have a very peaceful brand new house some 10 km from the mahidol university in Salaya available at any time for any lenght of time. Bus 388 from salaya to Koh Kret passes by my home - some 15 minutes ride.

the house is on the border of Taling Chan/Thawi Wattana districts and district Bang Kruay already in Nonthaburi province.

I am renting it from 6k/month + electricity/water bills at cost directly to the suppliers - no minimum stay. There is broadband internet installed, air con and washing mashine
