Rather than another theme linked thread, I thought a simple list of three things you liked today.

Definitions:

Animal
: Animals are independent and can move spontaneously and are dependent on other organisms for sustenance. Amoebas to Blue Whales.

Vegetable
: Generally refering to part of a plant or a plant itself, so daffodil is as acceptable as carrots or oranges.

Mineral
: A mineral is a naturally occurring substance - although let us be liberal about strict definitions. A wooden table is a vegetable but an umbrella is mineral.

My dog this morning was so happy to see me jumped up on hind legs and fell backwards - quite funny.

Tomatoes in Greek salads.

Water - in the hot weather as a shower or drink - lovely.

Nice one Cuban.

Animal - Chicken cut into lovely chunks.

Vegatable/s - asparagus, baby sweetcorn, butternut squash, all cut into lovely chunks.

Mineral - Steel, the knife with which I cut everything into chunks.

All mixed tgether in a Thai green curry - Yummy! :o

Bruno, my boxer, snoring and chasing birds in his sleep.

Spicy white mushroom salad for lunch today - yummy.

Animal.......... Tripe

Vege.............Onions and carrots cooked with tripe.

Mineral...........My electric pressure cooker, to cook tripe and onions, best cooking invention yet.

Animal: my african lovebirds laying its 5th egg

Vegetables: My plants, specifically a hydrangea (mophead) that will soon bloom for the first time

Mineral: a piece of limestone rock I pounded to add to the hydrangea so the blooms will be BLUE...interesting plant this hydrangea cuz you can alter the color of flowers by adjusting soil pH.

Animal: A fellow TV member I met with last night, nice long interesting conversation over dinner.

Vegetable: Rice.

Mineral: Sand, fantastic stuff makes windows and beaches.

Animal................ staffie bitch next door.

Vegetable............ my pumpkin patch.

Animal...David Cook singing tonight on AI... sorry, cant get over him.. haha

Vegetable...... plants again...repotted some cottage garden variety species, planted to ground portulaca and watered for two hours (very warm and humid)

Mineral...hammock tied to a pole of a tree?

Animal:.........My other half - she cooked a great meal last night and looks fantastic.

Vegetable:....Jack Fruit - the taste reminds me of the candy Foam Bananas.

Mineral:........Air - buggered without it.

ANIMAL - 6 eggs now... the most since i have these breeder birds...will see if they can make it to 8 (the max as the experts say)

VEGETABLES - bad news. the two adeniums i bought in chatu died on me! one survived. also the hydrangea about to bloom wilted. must have been the blooming fertilizer i added (not necessary anymore) or the limestone thing... hit and miss, that's me.

MINERAL - computer, some writing jobs to finish.........

Animal:.........The Humble Pig - good at recycling slops into great sandwiches.

Vegetable:....Paper - from my bookmark to airplanes so many uses.

Mineral:........My biro - adjusts the clock in the car, spreads glue and I can write with it too!

Animal - Me in the tub with a couple of tilluks. :D

Vegetable - My mates after a night on the turps. :o

Mineral - Floor boards - usually encountered after a night on the turps. :D

Vege. -- the Grass, I call lawn which I used

Mineral -- my lawn mower to cut .
