We'd like to bring my wife's 7 year old brother to England - just for a month while he is on his school holiday and I was wondering what are our chances of getting a visitors visa?

I'm guessing it would be the usual issues - affordability and reason to return, but any steer as to the way to go about it would be appreciated.
