We have found a very nice Guest house only a few minutes from Nong Nooch tropical Gardens, Wat Yansangwararam Temple complex, Kao Chee Chan Buddha Image and some beaches. It is very relaxed and the gardens are great. It is very cheap too starting at 350 Baht. Better than staying in Pattaya if you want to visit the local sites
