It varies depending on the amount you use.. The lowest used units per meter are the cheapest.

I have had non gov meters and no no meter at all !! but I would think 3.5 - 4 baht per unit would be a good guess.

Electric Company Meter - single family residence:

March: 3.22 baht/unit (416 units)

April: 3.35 baht/unit (581 units)

Both rates include the "FT" surcharge of .6886 baht/unit (whatever that is), but not the 7% VAT.
