Can anyone recommend a dentist for children in the Sukhumvit area ?

Sukhumvit no - sorry. But I do see numerous children at the Bangkok Nursing Hospital Dental Clinic and have seen a fair amount at St. Louis Hospital as well. Both of these are over near Satorn. I'm a big baby myself and just had some work done at St. Louis and they could not have been kinder and gentler.

Always seem to be lots of local kids in the waiting room of Bangkok Hospital's dental clinic.

Can also recommend St Louis for dental treatment.

Had a wisdom tooth extracted there a few years back and had no problems either during or after the treatment.

Yes, I also qualify as a big baby on my infrequent visits to the dentist!!

Do a google for:  sukhumvit pediatric dentistry

Several hits pop up with info.

Some time back when I was living down on Sukumvit Soi 71 found a clinic run by a hub/wife team of dentists, the hub had specialized training in kids dentistry  in the U.S.  Forget exactly where it is as haven't been back on that soi for 12 years plus but if coming from Sukumvit it's probably 300-500 meters in on the left.

I've taken both my kids to the dental clinic at Camillian Hospital on Thonglor. They've got a dentist that specializes in kids' teeth. He's great with my kids and they get toys when it's all over. Not very expensive, either.
