Mine is that I wonder if any American, Brit, Aussie, etc., ever left their real wife (and kids) back home, his job, packed up everything, emptied his bank account, moved to Thailand only to face the inevitable ugliness that he's been played like a fiddle and the woman of his dreams fleeced him before sending him back home, broken, broke, ashamed and humiliated. Bet it's happened hundreds of times. Those are the stories I want to hear....
