What Happened To "go To First Unread Post"

Hi,

I see there's no "go to first unread post" link any more at the top of the topics - can we have that back again, please? Usually I log on, click on the "view new posts" link at the top of the main index page, then go through what new posts interest me since last visit. Now, I have to guess what page Iwas last on in each topic.

And,

is it possible to have a "view all pages" link for each topic?
