Does somebody have experience or some knowledge how to aply for the Thai Nationality. I know its possible to obtain when you have a Thai spouse, but don't know wich paperwork needed, and howlong it will take before you get it

In your case, not possible.

Not possible unless you are working and paying quite a lot of tax.

In a nut shell, you (probably) won't get it. You have to be in Thailand for 5 years and have permanent residency. For that last one you first have to be in Thailand for 3 years. Also you will need to pay taxes. As you want to retire here you won't pay taxes.

From what you have mentioned above I doubt even Permanent Resident wont be possible to apply for.

Unless there have be changes I don't know about the OP would not be in a position to apply for PR let alone Citizenship.
