Having looked through some of the prices, am I correct to say that used cars in BKK province is more expensive than those at Tang Changwat ?

Is it viable to purchase from Tang Changwat even if one lives in BKK ?

Yes you can purchase/sell cars from any district in Thailand. Just make sure your papers (or rather, the car's papers) are in order. Beware that sometimes someone other than the owner tries to sell a car. Do your homework, don't get duped. Good luck.
