the address is in a tourist quide books to Bangkok - for sure it's in a Lonely Planet (unfortunately I have borrowed my cophy and it has never returned to me).

My wife needs urgently a telephone number to any of those thai medicine shops on the thanon tha phrachan - the best for the shop run by the dr Pharinya Osod.

unfortunately can't find it on googlebooks and google doesn't show anything

Well I have the Lonely Planet Thailand book in front of me but cant see anything about Thai Medicine Shops at all - what section is it under ? Maybe I have a diffrent version, mines the 11th edition of this book. Apparently they can change quite a bit between editions.

There's a couple of paragraphs on tradtional medicine but it lists no contacts.
