E20 Excise Tax

Hi,

I was looking for a Vios, and I saw Toyota and the new E20 model.

The Thai government has decided to impose an excise tax of 25% of the price.

The seller showed me a model, 544.000 Bt ... and told me "brand new model, excise tax already deduct, E20 gasohol".

Last year, my partner bought the same model (2007) for .. 544.000 Bt !

How do we know if the excise tax is really deducted ?

Do you know any Toyota reseller in or around Chiangmai showing clearly a lower price ?

Typo : should be 5% excise tax. 25% will be for Eco-car.

Maybe the admin should move this thread to the Motor Forum.
